Jason Woodard is a 25-year veteran of law enforcement and is currently employed by the Sparks Police Department in Sparks, Nevada.

His assignment as Detective with Major Crimes Division includes investigating Homicides, Robberies, and other major felony crimes.

Jason holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a part time instructor at the Northern Nevada Law Enforcement Academy.

In 2009 Jason was invited speak to at the National Sexual Assault Response Team (S.A.R.T.) conference in Seattle, Washington.

Carl Stincelli is a retired Sergeant from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
He has over 30 years of law enforcement experience with assignments in Burglary, Child Abuse, Adult Sexual Assault, Special Investigations, and Vice.

He has also published two works in the art of interviewing and interrogations.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the California State University in Sacramento (CA) and is a member of the adjunct faculty with two Community College Districts.

Skip Rogers is a master instructor with the Interrogations Institute and a former Police Lieutenant and investigations bureau commander.

He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice Management from the Union Institute and University and is a graduate of the California Peace Officer’s Standards and Training, Sherman Block Leadership Institute.

Skip has been a police officer for 25 years and has worked in a wide variety of investigative assignments during the course of his career. He is a Former SWAT Team member, assistant SWAT team leader and hostage negotiator as well as recipient of the Police Silver Star for bravery in the line of duty.

Skip is an adjunct faculty member of several Community Colleges in California.

Dr. Gregory DeClue

Greg DeClue is the author of the 2005 book, Interrogations and Disputed Confes­sions: A Manual for Forensic Psychological Practice.
He authored a chapter in Police Interrogations and False Confessions, which won both the Book Award from the Ameri­can Psychology-Law Society and the Prose Award from American Publishers.

He has written more than 50 professional articles. He is board certified by the American Board of Forensic Psychology.

Dr. DeClue is a 24-year veteran police psychologist, and is currently a forensic psychologist in independent practice in Sarasota, Florida.

He has conducted over 2,000 forensic psychological evaluations and over 1,700 evaluations of prospective or current law-enforcement or corrections officers.

He has analyzed over 200 interroga­tions from more than 80 different law-enforcement agencies, and has testified as an expert witness more than 500 times.

Sean Angoco has been a police officer for 7 years. Prior to working in law enforcement Sean was involved in various projects to include, web design, graphic media creation, and social media management.

Currently, Sean uses his background and experience in law enforcement to create software for police officers. He is passionate about making tools that assist officers in their daily duties.
